carriage off the tracks

I am using the Hinterberg Stretch Frame for about 3 yrs. I have had the issue where the machine
carriage "jumps the tracks" a couple of times. I heard that puttting two or more supports under the frame
on either side will help that problem. Is this right?

Another Center Support would probably help, especially if you have the frame out  to 10ft.
Also, in May of 2007, we made a Lower Carriage that has 4 wheels on both the front and
the back. This helps the lower Carriage "hug" the poles a little more. If you don't have this, you
may want the New Lower Carriage.
